Jeggings – A must to have in your wardrobe

Touted as the most striking fashion revolution of the 21st century, Jeggings have got a big list of followers. They are nothing but leggings that are made to look like jeans with more lycra which made them easy to slip on and move around. Last month, I bought one black-grey animal printed jeggings and must admit, I was totally smitten by both the comfort and style it offered. Being from a bunch where comfort overrules glamour, I don’t wear an outfit I am uncomfortable in, no matter how outstanding it is. With jeggings on, one manages to look as trendy as in denim jeans without compromising appearance and ease at the same time.

Look anywhere be it movies, celebrities, fashion weeks,  jeggings seem to be in vogue of the moment coz of skinny fit and stretchy fabric they offer. Some include real (or faux) zippers, back pockets and belt loops. Stores are flooded with plethora of jeggings that varies in design and color from being simple, glossy or printed to flattering or even slinky. They can vary anywhere starting from Rs600 in price to a higher range depending on the brand and are available at regular clothing stores and also on online shopping sites. Take a look at the links below to get them online.
Amidst all the outfits, wearing shimmering black and printed jeggings are right on trend these days. They are the great alternatives to plain jeggings for peppy, springy and modish exposure. Printed jeggings sizzling than ever, come in sundry prints from basic to polka, floral and today’s most wanted animal prints (snow-grey-brown leopard, black snake,  zebra,  tiger etc). They have proven themselves to be college girl’s best friends on account of the fresh and eye-catching look they throw. Glamorize these printed ones with basic tank top or t-shirt to a tunic or even a long cardigan.

With the experience I have with jeggings, I can certainly say that they belong to a lot that goes well with any body structure. This is because one can afford to don them even after putting on few pounds unlike denims (known as jeans) where the fear of “hanging belly” or “button wont hook up” hovers over the mind all the time. This is the best and exciting part of jeggings making even curvaceous woman look hot and happening.  Jeggings with a petite top are a complete turn-off and this mistake shouldn’t be committed even if you are ultra skinny.
When choosing your jeggings, make sure you get the darker ones like black, blue or brown as darker the jeggings, the slimmer you will look. I tried my jeggings with baggy as well as tank tops teaming up with back-zip-strings flats for a casual and sporty outing. For winters, pairing with long bright colored sweaters and long boots would be a classy way of carrying jeggings. Ensure you put the essentials like bags, foot wears and fashion accessories at the right place.

Just for the caution, it is not preferable to wear jeggings in extreme hot weather, as the material they are made from has more lycra and spandex than jeans.

Electric tiffins

I am sure each one of us have carried Tiffins(generally known as a box carrying midday or light meal) at some point of our lives, be it in good old school days or office/working place. For almost a fortnight my lunch in office went on a bad toss, courtesy - the microwave at my office's canteen has got out of service. All this experience has driven me to rescue myself from cold/undesirable food causing me to discover Electric Tiffins aka e-Tiffins. A wide range of manufacturing companies have jumped into making branded (like milton) as well as non branded e-Tiffins offering various shapes, sizes, colors and diverse material.

To me, buying e-Tiffin was like a onetime investment where besides preserving the nutritional value of food I enjoyed its economical, remarkable and handy features be it long durability, low power consumption, fade-rust-shock proof material so on and so forth.Containers under the box may be microwaveable or non-microwaveable depending on the brand of the company and the online shopping portals you are taking from.
Apart from emergency at a working place, one "fine" day, I figured out these tiffins to be a big support  and comfort on short distance picnics where one can enjoy homemade hot food which is just a switch-press away. Being a diet conscious, I never thought these tiffins would be so great to get to the picnics with a fearless thoughts of what n what not to have outside. All you need is an electric switch, and in today's era where people sleep, eat, move and what not with technology, an electric switch seems to be just a step far.
E-tiffins are highly favorable for those who are deprived of microwave & oven convenience. Also, I find it interesting to gift this small yet powerful gadget to the near ones, this can be effortlessly done in 4-7 working days by means of online services. Our near ones residing far-off usually do not purchase such useful commodities most likely out of laziness, gifting e-Tiffins can certainly surprise them. :)
Now when Microwave at my office is back in working condition, I have reserved my e-Tiffin in my not-to-forget closet for future hazards and portable use. :)
